I went through quite a few names, for what to call the Root Chakra oriented martial style, emerging via my training and I settled on Red Palm Scripture (for now). Anyways, the system attributes can be divided into 2 arcana: Relaxed Movement and Internal Strength. If you dive into the 2 overarching groups, there are 12 more methods, 6 for each(skill tree). This post will focus on one of those 12 categories, Palm Qi. I've noted that palm and foot chakra cultivation, is a common theme across many martial arts. In the previous post, I shared a mantra attuned to Yang Tai Chi, in that system palm and feet cleansing is present. So, it's hardly original tech....but still profound and worth exploration. There are many hand energy centers, but this Dragon Mantra seems to activate the central one. You can see this chakra in healing systems (Reiki....etc) as well.
