Killing Field
I've discussed the Biceps as part of Body Tempering and another area that I've been exploring is the Glutes. The butt is a muscle group that correlates with Movement and Posture. Integrating glute cleansing into the regime has born interesting fruit. By doing so, I've understood the role of "refined movement' in conflict to greater effect. Every martial artist has sparred with someone far below there level of skill....there movements feel clunky, openings are easy to find and it almost by comparison feels like that person is moving in "slow motion". If you cultivate and refine your movement.....those "situations" will become more common, even against higher level fighters. Your capacity to "see through" an opponents movements, will be enhanced. One unexpected manifestation of glute training, was me going back and watching one of my favorite old school martial art flicks, Drunken Master (1978). If you haven't seen this movie, your...
