Navigating the After Life pt2
Volume Tech
This is a post for those whom are naturally "sensitive", "empathic" or
have done a shit-ton of training and as a result....sense everything
going on around them, without a means to parse. This is some tech to
help control the "volume", so that it is easier to deal with both
intense and day to day affairs. Three basic volume levels from lowest to
highest.
Shadow Point
This is a energy center between the feet and is the lowest "volume
setting" (as far as I'm aware). The basic idea is to anchor or tye your
energy to this point so that you can control the volume and don't get
"over-stimulated" by the amount of data your picking up on the subtle
radar. The Shadow Point is the lowest volume setting and would
personally use this for intense settings (violence, war-zone....etc)
where you want to tightly limit data uptake.
Root Chakra
A very well know center, this is a slight increase/expansion in volume
and is useful for close quarter and boisterous settings (concerts,
parties...etc). Props to the KAP system for initially teaching me this
principle. The idea of "sinking" your energy to the root or actively
relaxing in order to manage subtle sensitivity is key....it was only
many years later where I would connect these 2 ideas of tying up your
energy to these points which would enable a constant state of energetic
equilibrium.
Astral Nexus
A moderate volume that is best for day to day affairs. Tye your
energy to this point on the Astral body and you'll be able to hit a
nice middle ground (grocery store, chatting with friends...etc). If you
are standing next to a person at the store, whom has a lot of "stuff"
going on in there field.....it will be less of a gong in your ear and
more like a tap on the window.
A small side-note, apologies, if this post is a bit arcane and
unapproachable....when it comes to anchoring/tying energy flow.....these
things are difficult to articulate. If you've read this post and are
scratching your head....meditating with spirit allies to grasp the
trick, is optimal. Cheers.
