I've discussed Cords a great deal in previous blogs/posts........but it doesn't seem like it's enough as I've learned a bit more. My understanding of "cord cutting" and how to manage all the different psi effects has improved. I've refined my understanding into a 2 step process: Flushing and Cutting .  If your determined to sever cords with a person, be they a romantic partner or otherwise, the 1st step is Flushing......by that I mean flushing all of that person's qi out of your system. If you've been engaged in a relationship for months/years.....inevitably there's been a continuous energy exchange and thus there will be some of that person's qi latent in your system. Flush out that foreign qi via doing small orbit work, 30-40 min a day, for 7 days straight.
