Rune Soup

Gordon White, the founder of Rune Soup has passed away. Gordon's death caught me off-guard, I'd only just watched the recent podcast of his South American retreat. To find out he passed only a week later.....was a bit surreal and untimely. He was still young and I wish I could have had him around for another 20 years. 

Gordon's contributions to the occult community are significant and influenced my own practice. At one point, I was a member of his Rune Soup community course and had access to all his private lectures.....no regrets, what I engaged with, excellent. 

Furthermore, to have 2 famous coyotes pass away in a period of a month: Gordon White and Peter J. Caroll. It's like life is playing some mysterious trick. 

On the occult end of the spectrum, I've done lots of work helping the spirits of the deceased pass on and upon learning about his leaving.....I immediately went into meditation to see if there was anything to be done to facilitate a graceful ethereal movement.

What I found on the other side, is that he didn't need my help and that he was having an astral "Banquet" held on his behalf by Spirit Allies, Ancestors and Spirits friendly towards him. I've never experienced this phenomena upon someone passing....so it was an interesting bit of tech to perceive. As a result, I decided to leave some offers for the Banquet and head on my merry way. 

RIP Gordon.....see on the flip side.

As of late, I had the opportunity to witness 2 of my housemates move. One of the individuals, took a week to pack and move into his new house and the other person, a whole day to move all his stuff from one room to another. The whole time I was watching this....it made me feel so grateful that I live in a minimalist way. When it came time to moving into my new room in the house...it took me 1 minute (2 bags: Clothes and Laptop). Watching people struggle with all their possessions, while I sail through world with luggage ease....it is always cathartic. Martial Will

Some time ago, I was doing landscaping work with a buddy of mine. All day we stood in the heat, pulling weeds from the ground, struggling with gigantic root systems. The owner left the yard unmaintained for a year......and mother nature reclaimed the land.  Anyways....there I was....shovel and glove....struggling to pull these cantankerous life-forms from the dirt and they were resisting with all there might. Stabbing, straining there roots.....they refused to yield. Here we are, human beings, at the peak of the food chain and ruling earth.....yet still struggling with fucking weeds!  It was an impressive lesson....as Malcom would say......"life finds a way". Mother nature's tenacity to "fight" and will to "survive" is extraordinary. Naturally, this is not something only in weeds......but in all species. Water Notes

I haven't written on this topic in awhile, but my exploration of EB energetics continues. It's been a struggle grounding the romantic sphere of my life due to Sorcery and Asceticism. Constant training leads to continuous transformation and thus energetic shifts, which cause friendships to fall apart. I'm off the opinion that this falling away is inevitable. To maintain long-term relations, would require a "settling down" into a stable relational framework and given my addiction to internal training....I don't think that is an option....but I could be wrong.  I'm a cultivator at heart....but still have physical yearnings and internal training doesn't exactly cancel out your sex drive.....rather the opposite.
